• “Account” means the customer’s registered profile on our website that allows access to Services.
• “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to eivoHosting, the service provider.

• SSL Certificates: We provide SSL certificates to secure data transmitted between your website and its users. SSL certificates are essential for protecting sensitive information such as passwords and payment details.
• Email Hosting: We offer professional email hosting services with personalised email addresses using your domain name. This includes business-class email with features like spam filtering, encryption, and email forwarding.
• VPN Services: We provide VPN services that allow secure, encrypted access to the internet, ensuring privacy and security for your online activities.
• Email Marketing: We offer email marketing services, including campaign creation, list management, email design, and tracking of results.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): We offer SEO services to optimise your website’s content and structure, improving its visibility in search engines and helping you attract organic traffic.

4. Registration and Account Security

• To access and use our Services, you must create an account with us. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. You must promptly notify us of any changes to this information.

• Pricing: The fees for our Services are listed on our website or in the contract provided to you. All prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect existing subscriptions unless specifically agreed otherwise.
• Payment Terms: Payment for Services is due in advance and is typically billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. We will charge your payment method on the due date specified in your invoice.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to our Services. We may also charge interest on any overdue amounts at the statutory rate.
• Refunds: Refunds may be available under certain circumstances, as specified in our refund policy. Custom services like website design or domain name registration may not be eligible for refunds once ordered.

7. Service Availability

• We will make every reasonable effort to provide uninterrupted access to our Services. However, we cannot guarantee that our Services will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.
• We may occasionally need to carry out maintenance on our systems, which may result in temporary unavailability of certain Services. We will aim to provide you with notice in advance of scheduled maintenance.

• Customer’s Intellectual Property: You retain ownership of any content, files, or data that you upload to our systems while using our Services. By uploading or posting content to our platform, you grant us a limited licence to use, store, and display this content for the purpose of providing our Services.
• License to Use Services: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our Services in accordance with these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by notifying us. Upon termination, we will cease providing the Services, and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

• Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you have paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
